The HDR Difference

All photos are taken using HDR (High Dynamic Range) techniques. HDR is a process of taking multiple photos of the same image at different exposures and then blending them into one image using software. This process will produce a much more realistic and vivid image compared to traditional photographs. The different exposures offer an almost 3D effect with more depth and much more vibrant colors. Additionally, Distinctive Focus can also make minor adjustments to put your property in the best light, including adding blue sky or digitally removing unnecessary items. Great photos equal great results and more showings. We will take outstanding photos for the MLS, printed marketing materials, AND create a high quality virtual tour.
